Five Bridges, a member of the John Pearson Consulting Group, is a young emerging not-for-profit organisation, born from a passion to assist local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in a hands on, feet to the ground manner that will see our local communities flourish.
Our programs and services are focused on assisting local Indigenous individuals and families in a real and practical way, from our Court Support programs that assist Indigenous offenders to navigate the judicial system, to our men's and women's yarning circles that connect people in the local community to the help and support they need. Five Bridges is a not-for-profit led by the local community for the local community.
CEO of Five Bridges Ltd, Julieanne Eisemann, is a Wulli Wulli woman with an extensive background in community service program delivery. Julieanne also has experience in delivering a diverse range of training programs, understanding the barriers presented to Indigenous learners and how to overcome them to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners achieve exceptional outcomes.
The entire Five Bridges team is dedicated to this vision, as best expressed in our purpose statement:
To provide a range of culturally sound activities and initiatives that build capacity, supporting the social norms and behaviors that constitute a positive, proud and responsible Indigenous community.
