This career launchpad program aims to improve employment opportunities by providing the necessary entry-level skills for gaining work in Hospitality.
Learn the basic skills to work effectively and safely, discover how to interact with customers, increase your hospitality knowledge and skills and boost your cultural awareness.
As part of this program you will complete FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work & Vocational Pathways and SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality qualifications.
Skills learnt during this course include:
- Customer Service
- Social and culture sensitivity training
- Process financial transactions
- Safe food preparation and handling
- Workplace OH&S
Program runs from 9am - 3pm daily, including work experience.
